Cross Country

Apparently, the carry on bag I´ve been using for the past 10 years has grown. They made me check it because it wouldn´t fit in the overhead bins.”  -Lady waiting at baggage claim in Miami.

Really, it was hilarious.  I had to stifle my laughter as I watched people stuff their massive carry on bags into the overhead bins on the plane.  Airplane 1 – Passengers 0.

But, according to the flight attendants, regulation carry on bags only fit in 2 of 4 sections of overhead bins.  Airplane 1 – Passengers 1.

Met Blake and feasted on take-out food from the Honduran karaoke bar just across the street from our hotel.

Mmmmm, maduras (fried plantains)!
